Each Nirmooha creation is meticulously crafted, and dispatch typically takes place within 8 to 21 days. In the rare instance that production requires additional time, our team will ensure you are kept informed at every stage. Once dispatched, delivery generally occurs within 3 to 7 days, depending on your location and our courier partners.

In select regions where accessibility is limited, delivery timelines may extend slightly. Should this be the case, our team will reach out to you proactively. Regular updates will also be shared via email and SMS, keeping you fully informed of your order’s journey.

If you require your piece by a particular date, we invite you to connect with our Client Care team in advance, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Kindly note that during special promotions, complimentary shipping is not applicable, and costs will be borne by the client.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Nirmooha is proud to serve a global clientele, delivering our creations to destinations worldwide. Please select your appropriate shipping zone at checkout when placing your order.

For international deliveries, courier charges will apply as per actual rates. Orders are entrusted to our reliable global shipping partners, with an estimated delivery window of 20–25 working days. In certain regions, customs clearance procedures may extend delivery timelines.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing full tracking details, allowing you to follow your piece on its journey to you.
Please note: all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled in order for your order to be released from customs upon arrival.
